This page is a complete list of all the items available in your Workshop Setup, with a brief explanation of each. Items are presented in the order in which you encounter them on Add or Edit Workshop page, for more convenient reference. They are not in the same order as they display on the front end.
You may or may not need every item.
Before you head into the listing, know what information you'll need or want for each item in this list. When you click the Submit Workshop button, your workshop is updated immediately on the front end. See Plan Your Workshop for help with planning.
You can return and edit any information that needs to change.
You don't always have to scroll to the bottom of the workshop-editing page to Submit your changes. For all items except rich-text (formatted text) items, just make sure the cursor is in an item's active editing box, and hit 'Enter' - same thing as clicking the button.
It's best practice to check the 'front end' for each change you Submit.
This is what the public sees. Be sure and give your workshop a final inspection, once you're satisfied with all your entries!
Only a few items are required, indicated by *. Some items may not be relevant to your workshop. It's fine to leave an item blank if it's not helpful and not required.

Describe your accommodations.
Describe whether you'll be booking or reserving Lodging for your participants, or if the participants book lodgings. If you'll be reserving a block of rooms which your participants can book for themselves at a special rate, give them the important details here. (Many lodging providers offer group blocking as part of their existing rates packages. See Plan Your Workshop for tips about reserving accommodations.)
Enter the web address of your Lodgings venue as www.mylodgings.com
Enter only the www.mymedia.com part of your link. Refer to the examples below.
Don't add 'https//:', as this will break the pre-formatted link. Check your profile on the front to make sure all you links work, and remove extra characters. If any links don't work as you expect, check to make sure you've removed these extra characters.

What prior experience levels will your participants need in your workshop?
This is a good area to notify your participants to expect to sign your Artist Workshop agreement.
This section is for you to describe your workshop in more detail. What principles and techniques will you be focusing on and demonstrating? (Write a full description.) What mediums are you including? Will you be providing supplies or asking people to bring their own?
This information is visible in your workshop detail view. (It will probably be the same number as the maximum number of tickets you want to sell, but it doesn't have to be.)
(checkbox: Yes/No/Limited) Are you providing local transportation? For example, bus passes, van rental and designated driver, rail pass? You may want to add more detail in the Workshop Details section.
What should your participants bring with them to make their experience safe, comfortable, fun and easy? For example: sunscreen, rain gear, type of clothing, cameras.
Have comments, suggestions or questions for the Green Room? If you have a question, there's probably someone else with the same question. We'll do our best to answer, and contact. Suggestions are always welcome. We're committed to making the Golden Dragonfly Academy for Art work for artists.
